Pictures of Camping Il Falcone in summer

Umbria in July and the beginning of August is popular with holidaymakers form mostly Northern European countries. In August it's the Italians and French that have their holiday-month.

Therefore, it's the first week of August when we are busiest. To give you an idea, we had our photographer walk around the campsite on the 2nd and 4th of August. You will find his pictures below.

• Some people like to camp basic.
• There's nothing against doing the dishes on your pitch. You always have (drinking)water nearby.
• The Greencamp tents offer a comfortable way of camping, sometimes referred to as glamping (see Greencamp.nl)
• The summer when this picture was taken, it was dry. Then the grass turns yellow.

• The bottom of the campsite where the pitches are for the caravans and campers (and large tents).
• The terraces are on the higher part of the campsite. You can't park your car next to the tent.

• Lovely atmosphere in the evening.

• In summer, it is getting dark at around 20.30.
