Making a down-payment (only for bungalows and DeLuxe rent-a-tents)

The down-payment (deposit) is 30 per cent of the total amount for the period you have booked. You can make the down payment by sending us a money transfer. Your bank enables you to make this transfer free of charges.

Terms of cancellation (only for bungalows and DeLuxe rent-a-tents)

• Should you have to cancel within six weeks from your planned date of arrival, the deposit (down-payment) will not be refunded.
• Cancelling within twelve weeks to six weeks from your planned date of arrival will entitle you to a 50 per cent refund of the deposit.
• Cancelling longer than twelve weeks from your planned date of arrival will entitle you to a full refund of the deposit. We advise you take out an travelling insurance if you want to play safe.
