The lower bungalow sits at the bottom of the pitch in the woods. It offers a maximum of privacy and is the only building on the campsite that is a bit older. Actually, it used to be the shed for the donkeys!
Apart from the bathroom, the bungalow has one main room. In this room you will find a double bed and a bunkbed, a basic kitchen with a fridge, a cooker and an open fire. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower, a bidet and a toilet.
Because of its age, the lower bungalow has a rustic character and the interior is simply furnished. Don't expect any luxury or Italian design, therefore, but everything you need is there.
Perhaps the largest advantage of this bungalow is the fact that walls are 60 cms thick; also because there is only one northsided window, it is always cool inside. We have plans to replace the open fire with a woodstove that gives more warmth in the low season. Therefore we would recommend this bungalow for the warmer months only (but we do offer heating/aircon for rent).
The second major advantage is formed by the two nice terraces under the trees around the bungalow that are not overlooked. A lovely place to listen to and watch the numerous birds.
The bungalow is fully equipped, but does not come with sheets and towels; you can rent a package, however.
The down-payment (deposit) is 30 per cent of the total amount for the period you have booked. You can make the down payment by sending us a money transfer. Your bank enables you to make this transfer free of charges.
