The lower bungalow sits at the bottom of the pitch in the woods. It offers a maximum of privacy and is the only building on the campsite that is a bit older. Actually, it used to be the shed for the donkeys!

Apart from the bathroom, the bungalow has one main room including a double bed and a double-stacker, a basic kitchen with a fridge and an open fire. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower, a bidet and a toilet.

Because of its age, the lower bungalow has a rustic character and the interior is simply furnished. Don't expect any luxury or Italian design, therefore. On the other hand the walls are 60 cms thick; also because there is only one window, it is always cool inside. Until we have replaced the open fire with a woodstove, we would recommend this bungalow for the warmer months only (but we do offer heating/aircon for rent).

There are two nice terraces under the trees that are not overlooked. A lovely place to listen to and watch the numerous birds
